We are granted a choice in life — you can be the victim or the artist. To create your reality, we must first construct and commit to a new version of ourselves. We must embrace the unknown and take intentional and inspired action to get new, different and/or expected results.
A positive mindset, following your bliss, and accomplishing your goals is what makes your life feel more aligned. If you’re not focused on the right thing, you can’t get the right thing. Actually, you’ll just keep getting the wrong thing. Working out and eating right is great, but if you can make it part of who you are that’s where true success lies. We can all accomplish more life balance by consistent segment intending, and consciously directing our daily habits.
